⟡ I own full copyright to my artwork, this includes posting the work on my socmed and adding it as a part of my portfolio.
⟡ Please do not TRACE, EDIT, RENDER, any of the artwork.
⟡ Commissioned work can only be used for personal use, UNLESS the client pays for the commercial use rights. Please inform me If you want to use the commission artwork for commercial use.
⟡ I have the right to refuse any commission that I'm not able to do.
⟡ Submitting my art into NFT and AI is prohibited.
⟡ Payment can be done 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after I send the sketch (can be colored sketch)
⟡ Expected working time is 5 days - 2 months depends on the difficulty and my schedule.
⟡ After payment you can't refund nor cancel (I'll refund if I'm unable to start the commission)
⟡ I'll send the commission result through email/drive in PNG/JPG.

Process

Important note:
⟡ It will be much easier to work on the commission if the client provided me with detailed briefs and references as much as possible.
⟡ Once I’ve started working on your order,the client can request revisions for up to 3 times free of charge per step. After that, I’ll have to charge for changes.

STEP 1
⟡ Take commission detail via Google form.
⟡ Give client price quote and expected update time.
⟡ I’ll receive 50% or 100% of the payment before I process further (please pay the transfer fees if there's any)

STEP 2
⟡ The client gets sketches (can be multiple sketch)
⟡ Accept major changes (poses, view angle,….)
⟡ If the client approved the sketch and decided to continue, I will receive full payment (If client pays 50% upfront)STEP 3
⟡ The client gets last update before rendering
⟡ Accept minor changes
⟡ I will recieve revision extra charges (if there's any)STEP 4
The client gets finalized artwork
